Private Hire

The Silfiac Arts and Language Centre is available for hire for the following:

• Family Holidays
• Wedding Parties.
• Business and Corporate Events
• Charity Events and Retreats
• Martial Arts Retreats
• Group Holidays
• Music: Concerts/band practise

The entire building is furnished to a very high standard. There are three double-bedrooms and one single, plus one large room with bunk beds; two WCs and one large bath/shower room; a large modern kitchen and warm dining room; a very large family room/lounge. The hall is available for everything but family and group holidays.

For family holidays we have a very large, private, field, playground and orchard, with plenty of outdoor games and activities for the children, along with a barbecue and outdoor seating for the summer months. We can organize, upon request and subject to advance notice, off-site family activities.

For group holidays we have a very large, private, field, playground and orchard, with outdoor activities as well as a barbecue and outdoor seating. We can organize, upon request and subject to one week's advance notice, off-site group activities suited to different age groups, such as zip-lining, kayaking, fishing, cultural tours...

For business, corporate and charity events, our downstairs hall is accessible, in addition to the house and grounds, and furnished with functional and modern tables, chairs and lighting. We have a variety of speakers and microphones and can supply catering subject to a minimum of one week's advance notice. Additionally, we can organize off-site activities such as paintballing, subject to a minimum of one week's notice.

For wedding parties, our downstairs hall, house and grounds are available, along with catering (subject to a minimum of one week's notice).

Martial arts groups and companies are welcome to use our downstairs hall, house and grounds for intensive retreats. Bushido-Challenge.com finds this advantageous to their students' success. For further information, please contact us.

For bands or musicians, our downstairs hall, house and grounds are accessible, along with use of our recording facilities. If you wish to have peace and quiet without being cut off from civilization, to record an album or practise, or perform some concerts, The Silfiac Arts and Language Centre is the perfect location. If you would like to book the hall for any of these uses, please contact us. You will be required to small pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. We would appreciate it if bookings are made one week in advance, but if this is not possible, let us know and we will do our best to help.
