Family Programmes

If you want your child to improve their English, but don't want to send them to England, then come to The Silfiac Arts and Language Centre. We offer Family English programmes where you can study English with your child and the rest of your family, in private classes. This is ideal for families with young children. There is an option in the afternoon to allow your child to join in with appropriate afternoon activities with other students or remain with your family. This is to be determined at the booking stage. Although choices cannot be altered later, students can choose to opt-out of an activity and remain at the Centre. Programme prices, as for all of our courses, are final. Additional activities are costed separately and no refunds are possible if an opt-out occurs.

A Family Programme is a closed booking, meaning no other students will be booked onto the same course - it is totally private.

We will make every effort to accommodate you all together as a group, or you can choose to stay with different host families in the village. If needed, accommodation can be provided as a group on site at the Centre, or in the local hotel.

Family Holidays

Subject to requirements and a minimum of one week's notice, our Centre is available for private bookings, including relaxing self-catered family holidays. Our grounds are fully equipped with swings and other play equipment for children, as well as books and indoor toys. There is a modern kitchen and five bedrooms - three double, one single, and one with bunk beds. For further information please see our Private Hire page, or send us an email.
